Tips for using the educational videos
1) Follow these directions to access www.digicounsel.net.whenever it is convenient for you.
2) In the upper right hand corner click on "client login"
3) We are currently experiencing problems with our own Digicounsel, therefore the Bankruptcy Court has agreed to let us use their video for the time being. So, the Provider is USBC Self-Help Center – located near the top of the pull-down list.
4) Fill in your first and last name.
5) Enter your full telephone number (including area code). Do not use spaces, parenthesis or dashes. This number becomes your client id.
6) Choose the option "No, I have not recently filed for bankruptcy."
7) Choose "not sure" for the type of bankruptcy protection
8) Enter your phone number and your last name
9) Enter a password and your last name. If you forget your password just call our office and we will reset the password.
10) After you complete the entire video please complete our intake sheet and call our office for your free telephonic appointment.
Thank you for taking the time to better educate yourself in this very complicated process of bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is not an option to choose without first understanding the process and your responsibilities. This is one area of law that being ill informed is akin to playing Russian roulette – but all the chambers of the gun are loaded.

TROUBLESHOOTING:
IMPORTANT: This video will not run on 56K dial-up and has problems on some older Macs.
Also, you will need to make sure that any pop-up blocker is turned off when the interactive video loads.

If you are still having problems then empty the cookies on your browser software: Internet Explorer: tools, Internet options, delete, delete cookies.
