Tips for using the educational videos
1) Call our office (602-246-7106) to make arrangements for you to access our educational sessions called DigiCounsel. Our staff will need a phone number (which will be used as your ID number) your name and a password. Keep the password simple and all lower case. If you have not logged on before you will start with a basic review of chapter 7 and 13 procedures.
2) Once our office has set up your sessions you can access www.digicounsel.net.whenever it is convenient for you.
3) In the upper right hand corner click on "client login"
3) The Provider is Diane Drain – located near the top of the pull-down list.
4) Read the Courseware Agreement. If you agree to the terms, then click "I Agree"
5) Click on "Yes, I've been instructed to login".
6) Enter your full home telephone number (including area code). Do not use spaces, parenthesis or dashes.
7) Enter your last name and password. Remember your password was all lowercase. If you forget your password just call our office and we will reset the password.
12) Now complete our intake sheet and call our office for your free telephonic appointment.
Thank you for taking the time to better educate yourself in this very complicated process of bankruptcy.
